What do I do when I get to the field?

When you arrive at the facility, please proceed to the nearest MySportSeat kiosk, have your QR code scanned and you are off to the game with your seat.

What do I do after my game is over?

After your game is completed, simply bring your chair back to one of our conveniently located kiosks.

What is included in my chair reservation?

Your reservation includes all games your team will play during an event. Should your team be fortunate enough to advance to finals, you do not pay anything additional for the rental. Simply repeat the pickup process as before

Why is my rental period 3 Hours each time I pick up the chair?

MySportSeat has worked hard with our tournament host’s to minimize the amount of space we need for our kiosks and chair storage at their events. Space is always a critical component for our hosts and prohibits us from bringing in truckloads upon truckloads of chairs

Can I reserve seats for individual game?

Currently, MySportSeat is only offering rentals for the entire event. Should you choose to rent onsite for a game, your rental will be the same as the entire event.

Who can I contact with any questions and comments?

MySportsSeat.com will have a kiosks set up onsite if you have any questions of comments. We can also be reached via email at info@mysportseat.com.

How long will it take to get my chair?

Our reservation system is built for speed and with your QR code, we expect to have your chair in your hands quickly! There may be times the pickup line has a short wait, but we will continue to improve our process to make it as fast as possible.

What if I need to cancel my chair reservation?

If you need to cancel prior to the start of the tournament, please follow the cancellation procedures sent in your original confirmation. Cancellations will not be accepted after your first game is played.

What does it cost to use MySportSeat?

Pricing is based upon each specific event but pricing typically starts around $ 15 for an event rental.

What happens if you don’t return your seat?

Hopefully, this doesn’t happen as our Kiosks are conveniently located for drop offs. However; should you not choose to return your seat, you will incur a $ 79.99 charge on your Credit Card.

Is there a late charge if my seat is not returned on 3 hours after checkout?

Yes. If your seat is not returned in 3 hours, a $ 10.00 late charge will be charged to your Credit Card.
